At the time of this writing, this means a PS4 running Firmware 9.00 or lower. Important: you need a PS4 that can be jailbroken in order to use this tool. (retail copy) So In that case you would need to insert the disc -> let the game install -> install the update from patch installer -> dump both, make an fpk and install.
